1 box yellow cake
mix
1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz)
1 cup sugar
1 pkg. (3 oz) instant pudding mix
1 cup coconut
1 8 oz. Cool Whip
1 cup chopped pecans
Bake cake mix as
directed on box in a 9 x 13" pan. Meanwhile,
simmer pineapple, sugar. Move cake from
oven-punch holes in it and cover with pineapple
mixture. Chill. Mix pudding mix as directed
on box. Add coconut and spread over
pineapple. Cover with cool whip. Sprinkle
with pecans.
