Ready for Anything Snacks

1# ground beef
1# hot, pork sausage
2# velveeta cheese
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 # mozzarella cheese
3 (small square) loaves  rye bread

Brown meats together.  Pour off grease.  Put cooked meats through food processor making it easier to spread.  Cube velveeta, add to meat in fry pan.  Add oregano, garlic, mix -cook over low heat until cheese melts.  Spread 1/4 to 12 inch thick on rye bread slices.  Sprinkle with mozzerella.  Freeze on cookie sheets for 24 hours.  When frozen pile in plastic bag.  Make 90-100 snacks.  when needed place frozen slices on cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
